Bring your palms together near your chest as you lift your leg up as this helps tremendously with maintaining balance. Once you get into position, slowly raise your arms out in front of you. 4. Triangle (Trikonasana)

7. Bridge (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana)

The action of reaching your chest towards your chin activates the thyroid hormone, which is the primary hormone responsible for regulating your metabolism. Pressing down with your feet engages your thighs and back-end to help tone those muscles. It also stimulates the abdominal organs to help your digestion.
