Remember how I talked about being more than just a dress size? (You can read all about it here) Well, it took me some time to get to this stage, and after learning from my mistakes, I know I want to share
When I say I know what it feels to be lazy or to give up, you need to trust me. Similarly, when I say you can do it too because it really isn’t all that difficult once you get started, you need to trust me on that too.
I went from a size 6 to a size 2 and now I am happy to be back at a 4, something which has stayed constant over the last year. In the process, I learnt how amazing it was to build strength and also developed a healthy relationship with food and rest.
