3. Yoga And Breathing Workshop (September 5)
In our ever so busy lives, we often forget to take time out to de-stress. The point of these workshops is to breathe, relax and watch your troubles melt away!
4. Pilates With Nidhi (September 6)
The perfect combination of exercises, Pilates (inspired by Calisthenics, Yoga and Ballet) The best of all these worlds, Pilates provides flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. Here’s one of the best Pilates teachers in all of Pune – Nidhi.
5. Fitato Premier League
Fitato has just kicked off it’s Premier League. It’s an inter-area Futsal league with games every Saturday. So get your game faces on, pull up your socks and get down on the pitch!
6. Slipping and Sliding to Glory
When it comes to soap football, it doesn’t matter if you’re a veteran player or a beginner. When you step onto the soap-laden, heavily cushioned plastic floor, everyone’s equal. Even if you’re the best dribbler on Earth, you know you’ll be slipping and falling on the soap anyway. A less competitive and a much more fun version of the sport, everyone who took part had a gala time and were literally, “swept off their feet.”
7. Locked and Loaded – Paintball
Who doesn’t like a game of paintball? This day was the most fun we’ve had in a long time. There’s something about shooting that makes you want to keep going back.
8. A Trek To The Devkund Waterfalls
Devkund lies at the confluence of three waterfalls. Crystal clear water, lush green forests and quaint, picturesque towns all over. Just look at our photos to see how much fun we had.
