The Fitato Family gets together in times of joy and in times of sorrow. We got together for adventure, for fitness and for our martyrs too. Rock Climbing Adventure

Did you know that Rock Climbing not only helps in building strength and flexibility but also is a good way of reducing stress? To top that, you get to conquer your fear.

The Fitato Community took part in an adventurous rock-climbing workshop as yet another extravaganza to make fitness fun.

Partner Workouts

Working out alone is just not out thing. We worked out in pairs to motivate each other and make the best out of the experience. It helped us try new stretches and postures.

To top it all, we bonded with out Fitato Community even further.

Mallakhamb Workhops

We also tried a traditional way of fitness this month. Mallakhamb is a traditional sport where a gymnast performs aerial yoga postures and wrestling grips in concert with a vertical stationary or hanging wooden pole, cane or hanging rope.

Who new traditional fitness methods could be so much fun!

Open Air Cinema

Sometimes, we also take a break from fitness and enjoy a good movie under the night sky. Hungover with romance of the Valentine’s, we enjoyed open air cinema on the weekend following Valentine’s Day.

Good company, good movie and good setting, what else could we have asked for.

Callisthenics Workshop

Aiming to push our fitness bar to the next level, we took part in a Callisthenics Workshop. Callisthenics is a form of exercise consisting of a variety of gross motor movements—running, standing, grasping, pushing, etc.—often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, as body-weight exercises.

Even though it was challenging, Fitato Community sailed through it by motivating each other.

Midnight Run For The Martyrs

The Fitato Community got together to pay a tribute to the martyrs of the Pulwana Attack, which happened on 14th February. We did it by taking part in a midnight run and then lighting candles in the memory of the lives lost.

Stretching And Flexibility Workshop

For us, the more flexible we get, the fitter we get. Fitato Community took part in yet another stretching and flexibility workshop to put our flexibility to test.

Not to mention, the amazing fun we had while trying to twist and turn our body in different postures.
