Located on the same floor as Endurance Fitness Club, Cadence Indoor Cycling in one of the few fitness facilities in pune dedicated solely to spinning and cycling. Spinning is a form of exercise which focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle. Cadence is the perfect facility to engage in spinning, as they have around a dozen really good quality bicycles, and the studio is always high on energy because of its great music and lightings.
