Gurpreet Kaur is a 21-year-old UK Sikh who is killing the fitness game on Instagram. Her IG handle goes by the name of ‘Fitness Kaur’ where she throws down some of the sickest calisthenics workouts. Push-ups, pull-ups, ring-dips, and human flag, you name the move and chances are that she will crush it.
According to Fitness Kaur, she is doing this for Sikhi. Well, she is on the right pathway we must say. In an interview with The Times of India, she said “Sikhi teaches equality for all and that both men and women be strong. That’s what I am trying to do”.
